The Nabil Group Leadership Summit 2026 was held with the participation of the sales team engaged in nationwide business operations, policymakers, and top officials from various affiliated organizations of Nabil Group.

The summit took place on Saturday, February 7, at the Group’s Research and Development (R&D) Center located in Bamnashikar Kharkhari, Rajshahi. During the event, outlines of future business strategies, market expansion plans, and sales growth initiatives were presented.

Mr. Jahan Bakhsh Mondol, Chairman of Nabil Group, attended the program as the Chief Guest. In his address, he emphasized the importance of strengthening unity, efficiency, and a customer-centric mindset to remain competitive in the market.

Ms. Ishrat Jahan, Vice Chairman, was present as the Special Guest. She highlighted the need for continuous training, effective use of technology, and the adoption of modern marketing strategies to enhance the efficiency of the sales team.
