Nabil Group Leadership Summit 2026 was held with the participation of the sales teams engaged in Nabil Group’s nationwide business operations, policymakers, and top executives of its affiliated concerns.

The summit took place on Saturday at the group’s R&D Center located in Bamanshikir Kharkhari, Rajshahi, where future business strategies, market expansion plans, and roadmaps for increasing sales were presented and discussed.

The program was graced by the presence of Group Chairman Jahan Bokhs Mondol as the chief guest. Vice Chairman Ishrat Jahan attended as a special guest. Speeches were also delivered by Managing Director & CEO Aminul Islam, Director Ijaz Abrar Nabil, Director Mamunur Rashid, along with the heads of all business units under Nabil Group.

Addressing the summit, Chairman Jahan Bokhs Mondol said that the core strength of Nabil Group’s success lies in its field-level sales team. He emphasized that the hard work, integrity, and dedication of the sales force stand behind every product and service of the group. He added that as market competition intensifies, unity, efficiency, and a customer-centric mindset are becoming increasingly crucial.

Vice Chairman Ishrat Jahan highlighted the importance of training, the use of technology, and adopting modern marketing methods to enhance the performance of the sales team. She noted that the future market would be data-driven and brand-value focused, and Nabil Group must position itself more strongly to meet these evolving demands.
