Nabil Group convened its nationwide sales force, policy-level leadership and senior officials from its subsidiaries at the Leadership Summit 2026, outlining strategic priorities to accelerate business growth, expand markets, and strengthen sales performance.

The summit took place on Saturday (7 February 2026) at the group’s R&D Centre in Bamanshikhar, Kharkhari, Rajshahi. The programme focused on future business strategy, market expansion plans, a sales growth roadmap, and corporate leadership development.

Chairman Jahan Boks Mondol attended as the chief guest, with Vice-Chairman Ishrat Jahan as the special guest. Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Aminul Islam, Director Iyaz Abrar Nabil, Director Mamunur Rashid, and heads of Nabil Group’s business units and subsidiaries also addressed the gathering.
