The Leadership Summit 2026 of Nabil Group—one of the country’s leading industrial conglomerates—was held with the participation of nationwide sales personnel, policymakers, and top executives from the group’s various sister concerns.

The summit took place on Saturday (7 February) at the group’s R&D Center in Bamanshikhar, Kharkhari, Rajshahi. During the event, important guidelines were shared on the group’s future business strategies, market expansion plans, sales growth roadmap, and corporate leadership development.

The Chairman of Nabil Group, Jahan Boks Mondol, attended the program as the chief guest, while Vice Chairman Ishrat Jahan was present as a special guest.
Speeches were also delivered by Managing Director & CEO Aminul Islam, Director Ejaz Abrar Nabil, Director Mamunur Rashid, along with the heads of all business units under Nabil Group.

In his address, the Chairman stated, “The core strength of Nabil Group lies in its field-level sales team. Behind every product and service is your hard work, honesty, and dedication. As market competition intensifies, unity, efficiency, and a strong customer-centric mindset become even more crucial.”

Vice Chairman Ishrat Jahan emphasized the importance of training, effective use of technology, and adopting modern marketing approaches to enhance sales team performance. She noted, “The future market will be data-driven and brand-value focused, where Nabil Group must secure an even stronger position.”

Managing Director & CEO Aminul Islam highlighted the group’s new business goals, plans to strengthen the distribution network, expand into new regional markets, and introduce incentive-based and performance-driven evaluation systems for the sales team.
