A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Nabil Group and the Sustainable Agriculture Foundation Bangladesh (SAF) to strengthen sustainable agricultural development, research, innovation, and farmer-friendly initiatives.

To mark the occasion, an event was organized yesterday afternoon at the Nabil Group head office in Rajshahi. During the event, speakers emphasized that coordination between public and private initiatives is essential to building a modern, technology-driven, and environmentally friendly agricultural system. Such partnerships are expected to create new opportunities in the country’s agricultural sector and play a significant role in enhancing farmers’ capabilities.

Under the agreement, the two organizations will work jointly on agricultural research, technology expansion, farmer skill development training, climate-resilient agricultural systems, and ensuring food security. Various initiatives will also be undertaken to increase the use of innovative agricultural technologies and improve sustainable production systems.

Israat Jahan, Director of Nabil Group and Chairman of Nabil Feed Mills Limited, signed the MoU on behalf of Nabil Group, while Executive Director Farhad Jamil signed on behalf of SAF.
