To alleviate poverty and promote human development, the second phase of zakat fund distribution has been completed under the Livelihood Development Center Paba Project. The project is being implemented by the Center for Zakat Management (CZM) with the support of Nabil Group of Industries.

The zakat fund handover ceremony took place on Saturday, October 4, at 11 a.m. at the mosque of Nabil Group of Industries in Bherapara, Paba.

Since its inception, the Center for Zakat Management (CZM) has contributed to improving the living standards of underprivileged communities by implementing a total of 71 livelihood development and quality-of-life enhancement projects.

As part of this ongoing initiative, a modest fund handover ceremony was held under the Livelihood Development Center Paba, Rajshahi Project to distribute zakat funds totaling 4.685 million BDT among 398 eligible families in the second phase.
