Job Context

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives within the designated territory.
  • Explore and develop new markets to expand business opportunities and increase market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and other business partners.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor movements and provide timely feedback to management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products through effective coordination with distribution channels and relevant stakeholders.
  • Address customer complaints and service-related issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in sales forecasting, sales planning, reporting, and market intelligence activities.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and distribution effectiveness within assigned territories.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, trade activities, and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and market reports.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and ethical business practices.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements
  • Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license or demonstrate the ability to ride a motorcycle confidently.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in challenging environments.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or MBA from any Public/reputed top ranked Private university. Candidates from Business Administration or other relevant academic disciplines will be preferred.
