Area Sales Manager (Seed, Fertilizer & Pesticide) Under Naba Crop Care Limited
Responsible For
- Accountable for the achievement of Sales Revenue Target through well-formulated tactical plans and efficient delivery plan for the respective Region·
- Responsible for the entire cycle of Channel Sales- from Leads to Closure·
- Define the competitive edges with the conduct of solid market analysis·
- Effectively engage the current and prospective customers through diversification of Sales and Marketing approaches (i.e, field demonstration, new product launching, etc)·
- Constantly deliver the value proposition of products and services to improve the customer experience and trust level·
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve the collaborative improvements in the sales result as well as individual performance·
- Manage, monitor and evaluate the Sales and expenditure budget.
- Any other assignments given by the management time to time.
Experience & Technical Skills
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Minimum 3 years proven track record of sales management experience in relevant sector.
- Extensive travel throughout the area.
- Should have own motorcycle with valid driving license.
- Should have computer knowledge with Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
- B.Sc in Agriculture will get extra preference.
Experience Requirements
3 to 4 years
