Nabil Group brought together its nationwide sales force, senior leadership and policymakers for its Leadership Summit 2026 on 7 February at the company’s R&D Centre in Bamnashikhar Kharakhari, Rajshahi, where it unveiled a strategic roadmap for business growth, market expansion and leadership development.

Group Chairman Jahan Bakhsh Mondal attended the event as chief guest, with Ishrat Jahan in attendance as special guest. Aminul Islam, Managing Director and CEO of Nabil Group, and directors Ejaz Abrar Nabil and Mamunur Rashid, along with the heads of all business units under the group, spoke at the summit.

In his address, Chairman Mondal said the core strength behind Nabil Group’s achievements was its field sales team, noting that hard work, integrity and dedication underpinned every product and service. He said rising competition made unity, efficiency and a customer-centric approach even more important.

Vice Chairman Ishrat Jahan highlighted the need to enhance sales performance through training, greater use of technology and modern marketing methods. She said future markets would depend on data and strong brand value, underscoring the importance of reinforcing the group’s market position.

Managing Director and CEO Aminul Islam outlined new business targets, plans to strengthen the distribution network, expand into new regional markets and implement incentive and performance-based evaluation systems for the sales team.

Director Ejaz Abrar Nabil urged participants to leverage coordinated teamwork, honesty and professionalism to enter new markets and solidify existing ones.

Leaders and division heads discussed field-level challenges, evolving customer needs, brand positioning and future action plans. The summit concluded with a joint pledge — “One Team, One Vision, One Goal” — affirming a united commitment to further establish Nabil Group as a leading business force in the country.

Organisers said the leadership summit was more than a formal meeting; it served as a catalyst for leadership, innovation and collective progress that is expected to strengthen the group’s sales growth and market leadership in the coming years.
